Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least three years experience in health care marketing management, preferably in hospice operations.
• Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Demonstrates strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily marketing activities and supports marketing initiatives with the Administrator.
• Monitors resources allocation according to budgetary limitations.
• Develops market assessments and creates marketing plans to meet budget targets.
• Implements marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgeted volumes.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with referral sources and payers.
