Ideal candidate holds a marketing-related degree, with 3+ years in healthcare marketing management, and strong communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in marketing/healthcare.
• At least three years in healthcare marketing management, preferably hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively and handle community relations tactfully.
• Strong communications, negotiation and public relations skills.
• Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily marketing activities with Administrator guidance.
• Monitor resources and budget adherence for marketing efforts.
• Develop a comprehensive marketing plan aligned to budgeted volume.
• Execute marketing/promotional initiatives to reach targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Shape community perception of Affinity Health Management as a quality provider.
• Support strategic planning with new service opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of markets, government agencies, payers, referral sources, competitors.
• Share marketing knowledge with organization personnel.
• Help customers access community resources when needed.
• Monitor cost effectiveness of marketing activities.
