Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years in health care marketing management, hospice preferred.
• Ability to market aggressively and engage with the community.
• Strong communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily marketing activities with Administrator to implement initiatives.
• Monitor resource allocation within the budget.
• Conduct market assessments and develop a marketing plan.
• Drive promotional initiatives to meet budget projections.
• Build relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Enhance perceptions of Affinity Health Management as a quality provider.
• Contribute to strategic planning and service opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of markets, agencies, payer groups, and competitors.
• Share marketing knowledge with organization personnel.
• Know community resources and help customers access them.
• Monitor cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts.
