Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; applicable work experience may be acceptable at administrator's discretion.
• At least three (3) years’ experience in health care marketing management, hospice preferred.
• Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Demonstrates good communications, negotiation and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily marketing activities with Administrator collaboration.
• Monitor resource allocations within budget constraints.
• Develop market assessments and a marketing plan to meet projections.
• Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to hit budget targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Shape perceptions of Continuum Care Hospice, LLC as a high-quality provider.
• Assist strategic planning with opportunities for services.
• Maintain knowledge of market, agencies, payers, sources, and competitors.
• Share marketing knowledge with organization staff.
• Assist customers in accessing community resources when services aren’t provided.
• Monitor and report cost effectiveness of marketing efforts.
