Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least three years' experience in health care marketing management, preferably in hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Good communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
• Health care marketing experience, preferably hospice or home care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily marketing activities in collaboration with the Administrator to plan and implement marketing initiatives.
• Monitor resource allocation according to budgetary limitations.
• Perform market assessments and develop a marketing plan to meet volume projections.
• Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budget targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Represent the organization at community events and build positive perceptions.
• Contribute to strategic planning and identify opportunities for service improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of markets, government agencies, payers, and competitors.
• Share marketing knowledge with organization personnel and assist customers with resources.
• Monitor and report cost effectiveness of marketing efforts.
