Job summary

CONTINUUM CARE HOSPICE, LLC is seeking a Community Liaison to lead marketing activities and nurture relationships with customers and referral sources. You will respond to inquiries, organize community events, and represent the organization at local functions to enhance awareness and patient referrals.

The role requires strategic marketing planning, budget awareness, and the ability to build partnerships with payers and community resources in a hospice setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least three (3) years’ experience in health care marketing management preferably in hospice care operations.
• Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Demonstrates good communications skills, negotiation skills, and public relations skills.
• Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities
• Health care marketing required, preferably in hospice of home care.

• Monitor and report cost effectiveness of marketing efforts.
