Job summary

Continuum Care Hospice, LLC seeks a Community Liaison to drive marketing efforts, build relationships with customers and referral sources, and represent the organization at community events. The role requires collaborating with the Administrator on marketing initiatives and maintaining strong market knowledge to support service delivery.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field, 3+ years healthcare marketing experience, and proven skills in communications,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years in healthcare marketing management, preferably hospice care.
• Ability to market aggressively and engage with customers and the community.
• Strong communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Autonomy, organization, assertiveness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily marketing activities and supports marketing initiatives.
• Monitors resources to align with budget constraints.
• Develops market assessments and comprehensive marketing plans.
• Uses marketing and promotional efforts to meet volume targets.
• Establishes relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Represents the organization at community events to build perception.
• Contributes to strategic planning and service opportunities.
• Keeps updated on market knowledge, government agencies, payers, and competitors.
• Shares marketing knowledge with organization staff.
• Helps customers access community resources when services are unavailable.
• Monitors and reports cost effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Also may perform other tasks as needed.
