Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to grow admissions by developing new and existing referral accounts. You will partner with physicians, administrators, and the operations team to ensure eligible patients are quickly and appropriately admitted.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare, strong CRM/communication skills, and a passion for helping patients and families during emotional times. A bachelor's degree in Business is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• Five+ years of successful sales experience in relevant roles.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• CRM and account management skills drive growth.
• Healthcare/hospice experience preferred but top performers encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Grow market share by opening new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators and ensure rapid patient admissions.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and drive productivity with tenure-based expectations.
• Cultivate trust-based relationships with referral sources using a consultative sales approach.
• Provide compassionate service to patients and families, working flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
