Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business strongly preferred.
• Five (5) plus years of successful sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals, with ability to grow new accounts.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills driving growth in long-standing accounts.
• Experience in Hospice, Home Health, or Healthcare industry preferred, but top performers encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and expand existing accounts to grow market share.
• Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with referral sources using a consultative sales approach.
• Provide clinical training and education to referral partners.
