Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to grow hospice admissions by building relationships with physicians and healthcare partners, opening new accounts, and expanding existing ones. This role requires resilience, compassion, and a consultative sales approach to deliver high-quality hospice care.

You will manage a defined book of business, meet weekly goals, and collaborate with operations to ensure rapid, appropriate patient admissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• Five or more years of successful sales experience in relevant roles.
• Experience in Hospice, Home Health, or Healthcare industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow hospice admissions by opening new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and drive market share growth.
• Build trust-based relationships with referral sources using a consultative approach.
• Provide clinical training and education to referral partners about hospice care.
