Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to grow the market share within a defined Book of Business by opening new accounts and expanding existing ones. You will secure referrals from physicians and healthcare professionals, ensuring clinically eligible patients are admitted promptly and appropriately.

The role requires a strong sales background with the ability to navigate emotionally sensitive conversations, maintaining patient-centered care, and working flexible hours including evenings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and growing new accounts.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and expand existing ones to grow market share.
• Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and drive productivity.
• Build trust-based relationships with referral sources using a consultative approach.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families during sensitive times.
