Providence at Home with Compassus in California is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant who will grow market share by building strong relationships with healthcare providers, identifying eligible patients, and expediting admissions. You will leverage Compassus resources to expand new accounts and deepen existing partnerships, while upholding compassionate care during emotionally charged discussions.

The ideal candidate has a business degree, 5+ years of sales success, and proven CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Healthcare/Hospice experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth within the assigned book of business by opening new accounts and expanding existing accounts.
• Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators and partner with the operations team to ensure all clinically-eligible patients are rapidly admitted.
• Take full ownership of meeting or exceeding weekly performance goals.
• Cultivate and manage strong, trust-based relationships with referral sources using a personal, needs-based consultative sales approach.
• Show genuine compassion and empathy to patients and families; maintain resilience in emotional hospice care contexts.
• Prioritize the patient and be ready to work outside standard business hours to ensure timely support.
• Seek feedback from referral sources on service levels and relay insights to the operations team.
• Demonstrate adaptability and readiness to embrace change when required.
• Provide clinical training and education to referral partners to improve understanding of hospice care.
