Job summary

The role requires a strong sales background, a business degree, and the ability to navigate emotionally charged conversations with families and care teams. You will collaborate across departments to deliver timely, patient‑centered service and uphold Compassus values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business strongly preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of successful sales experience in relevant roles.
• Experience in Hospice, Home Health, or Healthcare industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive significant growth within the assigned book of business by opening new accounts and expanding existing accounts.
• Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators and partner with the operations team to ensure all clinically-eligible patients are rapidly admitted.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and align with tenure-based company expectations.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with referral sources using a consultative sales approach.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy to patients and families during emotional times.
