Job summary

Providence at Home with Compassus seeks a highly motivated Hospice Care Consultant to grow our market share by opening new accounts and expanding existing ones. You will cultivate trusted relationships with physicians, staff, and administrators to ensure eligible patients are admitted promptly and appropriately.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in Business and 5+ years of sales, with experience in Hospice/Home Health or healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business strongly preferred.
• Five (5) plus years of successful sales experience in relevant roles.
• Experience in Hospice, Home Health, or Healthcare industry preferred, but top-performing sales professionals encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth within the assigned book of business by opening and expanding accounts.
• Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators; ensure rapid admission of eligible patients.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and align with tenure-based expectations.
• Cultivate trust-based relationships with referral sources using a consultative sales approach.
• Provide clinical training and education to referral partners about hospice care.
• Be available outside standard business hours to support patients in need.
