Responsibilities

• Drive growth within assigned book of business by opening new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators and partner with operations to admit eligible patients.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and maintain high productivity with tenure-based expectations.
• Cultivate trust-based relationships with referral sources using a consultative sales approach.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families during sensitive times and adapt to changing priorities.
