Compassus is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to grow hospice admissions by building strong relationships with healthcare providers and expanding the assigned book of business. You will identify eligible patients, secure referrals, and drive market share while maintaining compassion and professionalism in sensitive conversations.

The role requires 5+ years of sales success, a business background, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare partnerships.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Five (5) plus years of successful sales experience in relevant roles.
• Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills that drive growth.

Responsabilidades

• Drive significant growth within the assigned book of business by opening new accounts and expanding existing accounts.
• Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators and partner with the operations team to ensure all clinically-eligible patients are rapidly admitted.
• Take full ownership of meeting or exceeding weekly performance goals and grow productivity.
• Cultivate and manage strong, trust-based relationships with referral sources leveraging a consultative sales approach.
• Show compassion and empathy to patients and families in hospice care.
• Prioritize the patient; be available outside standard business hours as needed.
• Seek feedback from referral sources and relay insights to the operations team.
• Demonstrate adaptability to changes in priorities or market dynamics.
• Provide clinical training and education to referral partners to improve understanding of hospice care.
