Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to grow market share by opening new accounts and expanding existing ones, while building strong relationships with physicians, staff, and administrators. This role requires a compassionate sales professional who can educate referral partners and navigate emotional conversations, ensuring timely admissions and patient-focused care.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, with 5+ years of sales experience and a proven track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business strongly preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of successful sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and growing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by opening new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Secure referrals from physicians and partners to ensure rapid admissions.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and drive productivity with tenure-based expectations.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with referral sources using a consultative approach.
• Provide clinical training and education to referral partners to improve understanding of hospice care.
