Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business strongly preferred.
• Five+ years of successful sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Experience in Hospice, Home Health, or Healthcare industry preferred, but top performers encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Grow hospice admissions by opening and expanding key accounts.
• Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators.
• Balance weekly performance goals and adapt to tenure-based expectations.
• Build trust-based relationships with referral sources using a needs-based consultative approach.
• Provide clinical training and education to referral partners on hospice care.
