Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Community Liaison to expand relationships with physicians, hospitals and other partners as we strive to become their hospice of choice based on compassion and high-quality care. We are looking for self-starters who are confident, personable and don’t want to be stuck behind a desk!

Ideal candidates bring healthcare sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to drive and visit partners.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and build relationships with referral sources.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources
• Build and maintain a positive reputation for Brighton/Suncrest in your territory
• Strategic planning to identify opportunities to increase our presence in the market
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of the hospice market, our referral sources and our competitors
