Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice seeks a Community Liaison to drive referral partnerships and growth in Waterbury and surrounding areas. You will cultivate relationships with physicians, hospitals and payers to position Brighton as the hospice of choice through compassionate, quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales, preferably hospice or home health.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and build relationships with referral sources.
• Willing to drive with reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Build and maintain Brighton/Suncrest in the territory and reputation.
• Strategic planning to increase market presence.
• Understand hospice market, referral sources, and competitors.
