Job summary

Suncrest Hospice seeks a Community Liaison to strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals and community partners, expanding services across the service area. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary hospice team, driving outreach and referrals.

Ideal candidates have extensive hospice or healthcare sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while representing Suncrest Hospice values and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining relationships.
• Demonstrated communication, negotiation and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Build and monitor community perceptions of the organization.
• Assist in strategic planning to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge in the field of marketing.
• Understand Suncrest Hospice markets.
