Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice in Concord, MA is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to expand referrals and strengthen partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and community organizations.

You will lead marketing efforts, build and monitor perceptions of the organization, collaborate with an interdisciplinary hospice team, and drive growth while ensuring compassionate, high‑quality care across the service area.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
• Comfort working with physicians, hospitals and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and payers.
• Build and monitor community perceptions of the organization.
• Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain knowledge of hospice markets and marketing practices.
