Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to grow admissions by building relationships with healthcare providers and expanding the book of business. The role emphasizes compassionate care, resilience, and the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with clinical staff and families.

The candidate will meet or exceed weekly goals, travel within assigned region, and provide education to referral partners while upholding Compassus values and the Pillars of Success.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of successful sales experience in relevant roles.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and growing new accounts.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills driving growth in long-standing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by opening and expanding accounts within the book of business.
• Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators and partner with operations for rapid admissions.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and drive productivity.
• Cultivate trust-based relationships with referral sources using a consultative sales approach.
• Provide clinical training and education to referral partners about hospice care.
