Compassus is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant (HCC) to grow market share by developing new accounts and expanding relationships with healthcare providers. This role emphasizes compassionate patient care, ethical conduct, and results-driven sales performance within a sensitive hospice context.

Ideal candidates will have a business background, 5+ years in sales, and strong CRM and communication skills to effectively engage physicians, staff, and leaders while guiding patients and families through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business required.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in Hospice/Healthcare preferred, but top performers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and grow the book of business.
• Secure referrals from physicians and staff; partner with operations for rapid admissions.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and growth targets.
• Build trust-based relationships with referral sources using a consultative approach.
• Show compassion and empathy to patients and families in emotional situations.
