Job summary

Compassus is seeking a highly motivated Hospice Care Consultant to grow admissions by building strong relationships with healthcare partners and physicians in a defined book of business.

You will drive market share growth, provide education about hospice care, and coordinate with operations to ensure rapid, appropriate admissions while delivering compassionate support to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in relevant roles.
• Experience in Hospice, Home Health, or Healthcare preferred.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth within the assigned book of business by opening new accounts and expanding existing accounts.
• Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators and partner with operations to admit patients quickly.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and maintain productivity as tenure increases.
• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with referral sources using a consultative sales approach.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families during sensitive times.
