Job summary

Brighton Hospice seeks a Hospice Care Consultant to develop and expand our market presence in Indiana. You will collaborate with physicians, hospitals, and community partners to sustain care delivery across service areas and strengthen referral networks.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and self-motivation as part of an interdisciplinary hospice team. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and build relationships with referral sources.
• Willingness to drive with reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
• Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization.
• Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services.
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing.
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Suncrest Hospice markets.
