Job summary

Brighton Hospice in Milwaukee seeks a Hospice Care Consultant to drive community engagement, referrals, and payer partnerships. You will build strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners to ensure continued delivery of care and service excellence.

The role requires self-starting ability, collaboration with interdisciplinary hospice teams, and strategic marketing knowledge to grow service lines within the community.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining industry relationships.
• Demonstration of good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Experience building and maintaining referral sources and payer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Build and monitor community perceptions of the organization.
• Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services.
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in marketing for hospice services.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Suncrest Hospice markets.
