Job summary

Brighton Hospice is seeking a marketing-focused professional to expand referral networks and raise community awareness of our hospice services in the Indianapolis area. You will collaborate with physicians, hospitals, and community partners to promote compassionate end-of-life care.

You will drive strategic messaging, manage relationships, and stay informed about Suncrest Hospice markets to support service expansion and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills for liaising with physicians, hospitals, and community partners.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with clinical marketing practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and payers.
• Build and monitor perceptions of the organization within the community.
• Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for expanded services.
• Maintain knowledge of hospice marketing practices and Suncrest Hospice markets.
