Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant in Massachusetts to expand our referral network and advance community outreach. You will engage physicians, hospitals, and payers to grow referrals and strengthen market presence.

The role requires healthcare sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently within an interdisciplinary team. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining industry relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Willingness to drive with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources
• Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization
• Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Suncrest Hospice markets
