Job summary

Mercy Health Home Care and Hospice by Compassus is seeking a Hospice Physician Account Executive to grow admissions by opening new physician accounts and deepening relationships with key providers. You will prospect regularly, present disease-state information, and coordinate with care teams to ensure timely patient admissions.

Ideal candidates have healthcare sales experience, a proven hunter mentality, and strong CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of successful outside sales experience, healthcare sales preferred.
• Proven hunter with ability to meet/exceed sales goals through cold outreach and new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Grow hospice admissions by opening new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Prospect daily through calls, visits, and events to access physician offices.
• Build trust-based relationships with physicians, NPs, PAs, and office staff.
• Meet or exceed weekly and quarterly admission goals.
