Job summary

LifeCare Home Health Family is seeking a Hospice Account Executive to drive territory expansion by cultivating physician and hospital partnerships and executing targeted outreach. You will own growth, expand access to care, and connect more patients with hospice services.

The role emphasizes relationship building with providers, strong communication, and a track record of sales success within the post-acute continuum. Local travel and independent work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of two years of hospice sales or related industry with a proven record of growth.
• Proficient in using Microsoft programs for communications, presentations, data tracking, and spreadsheets.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work independently.

• Develop and manage territory growth by engaging physicians, hospitals, and referral partners.
• Promote hospice programs and services while maintaining quality end-of-life care standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and care teams to ensure timely communication.
