Job summary

Immediate Home Health & Hospice seeks a compassionate Hospice Account Executive to build steady referral partnerships with nursing facilities, communities, physicians, and other providers to help patients access needed care. You will represent our agency through sales, marketing, and education efforts to raise awareness of hospice care.

This role emphasizes relationship building, outreach, and compliant engagement with the referral network.

Qualifications

• Previous sales/marketing experience, preferably in hospice or healthcare.
• Demonstrated history of positive sales results and customer relationships.
• Minimum hospice experience: 5 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to market effectively to customers, referral sources, and the community.
• Strong computer skills; valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative working relationships both internally and externally.
• Execute effective sales calls identifying referral needs and communicating service benefits.
• Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans to grow market share via key accounts.
• Participate in strategic planning for marketing growth and community education.
• Achieve admission goals as established by hire or agency budget targets.
• Attend staff meetings to update accounts and progress toward growth strategies.
• Coordinate in-services with community groups to educate about hospice services.
• Maintain timely CRM updates and complete sales administration tasks.
