Providence at Home with Compassus is seeking a Hospice Physician Account Executive to grow hospice admissions by building and deepening relationships with physicians, NPs, PAs, and practice staff within a defined book of business. You will drive access to care through targeted outreach and data-driven opportunity analysis.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of outside sales experience in healthcare or related fields.
• Proven hunter with track record of new account development.
• CRM proficiency including Salesforce to manage pipeline.
• Excellent communication and relationship management with physicians and staff.
• Existing relationships with physician offices in the assigned territory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow hospice admissions by expanding physician relationships and referrals.
• Prospect daily to secure access to physicians and decision-makers.
• Secure referrals and coordinate with operations to admit eligible patients.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and drive productivity.
• Attend medical conferences to promote Compassus hospice services.
• Collaborate with Hospice Care Consultants to ensure seamless referrals.
