Job summary

Immediate Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Account Executive to build meaningful connections with nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, and other referral partners to help patients access care.

You will lead sales, marketing, and education efforts in the community, represent the agency, and drive awareness of hospice services while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Sales/marketing experience in hospice or healthcare
• Minimum hospice experience: 5 years
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Execute effective sales calls to identify and meet referral needs and communicate benefits
• Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly strategies to increase market share
• Coordinate marketing growth strategies and community education
• Achieve admission goals as defined by agency budgets
• Attend staff meetings and provide account updates
• Coordinate in-services with community and medical groups
• Respond to emails and messages within 24 business hours
• Complete CRM and administrative duties as required
• Complete projects assigned by leadership
