Job summary

AccentCare is hiring a Hospice Account Executive to connect patients and families with compassionate hospice care. You will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners, driving hospice sales and educating referral sources about services.

You'll collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to plan outreach, ensure smooth transitions to care, and uphold the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality. Strong communication and independence are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years in home health, healthcare sales, or hospice sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and community organizations via in-person visits and education.
• Drive hospice sales by nurturing current referrals and creating new opportunities.
• Deliver presentations and in-services to educate partners on hospice benefits and eligibility.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to execute community outreach plans aligned with AccentCare's mission.
• Partner with clinical staff to ensure referrals transition smoothly into care with patient comfort in mind.
• Participate in training and outreach planning while upholding confidentiality and ethics.
