You will prospect, open new accounts, and deepen existing relationships, communicating hospice value in complex patient journeys.

You should have a strong hunter mindset, 5+ years in healthcare sales, and comfort with CRM tools like Salesforce to manage pipeline and drive results nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• 5+ years outside sales experience, healthcare background preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and admissions goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow admissions by opening new physician accounts and expanding referrals.
• Prospect daily via calls, meetings, and events to access decision-makers.
• Maintain trust-based physician relationships and coordinate with operations for admitted patients.
