Job summary

Bon Secours Home Care and Hospice by Compassus is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant who champions Compassus values and drives growth by expanding the book of business. You will build and nurture relationships with physicians and healthcare partners, identify eligible patients, and help ensure timely admissions while upholding compassionate care.

The role demands resilience, emotional intelligence, and a proven sales record.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
Five+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
Ability to identify and grow new accounts and manage long-term relationships.
Excellent customer relationship management skills driving growth in existing accounts.

Responsibilities

Drive growth within the assigned book of business by opening and expanding accounts.
Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators and partner with operations to ensure rapid admissions.
Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and maintain productivity with tenure-based expectations.
Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with referral sources using a consultative sales approach.
Provide clinical training and education to referral partners to improve understanding of hospice care.
Be ready to work outside standard hours to ensure timely support for patients.
