Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant (HCC) to promote the Compassus values and grow the market share within a defined Book of Business. The HCC will build strong relationships with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure eligible patients are admitted quickly and appropriately, delivering compassionate care at every step.

This role requires a highly motivated sales professional with resilience, compassion, and the ability to navigate difficult conversations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of successful sales experience in relevant roles.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in Hospice, Home Health, or Healthcare industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth within the assigned book by opening new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Secure referrals from physicians and staff; partner with operations to admit eligible patients quickly.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and drive productivity.
• Build trust-based relationships with referral sources via consultative sales approach.
• Provide clinical training and education to referral partners.
