Job summary

Providence at Home with Compassus seeks a Hospice Care Consultant to promote Compassus values and expand admissions by building strong relationships with healthcare partners. You will identify eligible patients, secure referrals, and drive growth within your book of business while upholding compassionate care during sensitive times.

Qualifications

• Mathematical calculations and numerical literacy for business analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication to influence senior leaders.
• Ability to understand complex healthcare environments and navigate sensitive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth within the assigned book of business by opening new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators and ensure rapid patient admission.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and sustain productivity with tenure-based expectations.
• Build trust-based relationships with referral sources through a consultative sales approach.
• Demonstrate compassion and resilience when engaging patients and families during emotional times.
