Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant in Arizona to grow admissions and market share by building strong relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources. You will manage a defined book of business, identify eligible patients, and ensure rapid, appropriate admissions while delivering compassionate care.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant sales experience, a business degree, and strong CRM and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business strongly preferred.
Five (5) plus years of successful sales experience in relevant roles.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
Excellent customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Drive growth by opening new accounts and expanding existing ones.
Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators.
Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and grow productivity.
Build trust-based relationships with referral sources using a consultative sales approach.
Provide compassionate support to patients and families during sensitive times.
Be flexible to work outside standard hours to meet patient needs.
Collect feedback from referral sources and communicate insights to operations.
Adapt to changing priorities and work with the team to support goals.
Provide clinical training and education to referral partners.
