Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred in marketing, business admin, healthcare, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven success in a sales role, preferably within hospice, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
• Ability to pass DHS background study.

Responsabilités

• Meet admission and call volume targets.
• Coordinate daily sales and marketing operations and marketing initiatives.
• Build and monitor customer perceptions of St. Croix Hospice as a high-quality provider.
• Collaborate with clinical partners to drive patient referrals and business growth.
• Document all sales activity in the CRM per organizational requirements.
• Assist in budget planning and marketing resource allocation.
• Support marketing events, vendor fairs, and exhibits across territories.
• Provide ongoing training and mentoring for Care Transition Coordinators and marketing staff.
