Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Hospice Community Liaison to develop relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners in Cumberland County. The role focuses on expanding referrals and promoting compassionate, high-quality hospice care for patients and families.

The ideal candidate has extensive healthcare sales experience, a proven ability to market aggressively while nurturing industry relationships, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
• Demonstration of good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive with reliable transportation.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with referral sources.
• Must be willing to drive with valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
• Build and maintain a positive reputation for Brighton/Suncrest in your territory.
• Strategic planning to identify opportunities to increase our presence in the market.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of the hospice market, our referral sources and competitors.
