Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to grow hospice admissions by building strong relationships with healthcare providers and expanding the current book of business. The role requires owning outcomes, meeting growth targets, and navigating emotional conversations with patients and families to ensure timely, high-quality hospice care.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare, a Bachelor's degree in Business, and strong CRM skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record.
• Ability to grow new accounts and manage long-standing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by opening new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and growth targets.
• Build trust-based relationships with referral sources through consultative sales.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered support to patients and families.
