The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business (preferred) and 5+ years of successful sales experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare. Strong relationship-building and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• Five or more years of successful sales experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and growing new accounts.
• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and expand existing ones to grow market share.
• Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators and ensure rapid patient admissions.
• Meet or exceed weekly and tenure-based performance goals.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with referral sources using a consultative sales approach.
• Provide education to referral partners about hospice care and services.
• Be available outside standard business hours to support patients and families.
• Relay feedback to operations to improve service and performance.
