AccentCare in Norwood is seeking a Hospice Account Executive to connect patients and families with compassionate hospice care. You will educate referral sources, build partnerships with physicians and facilities, and drive program growth while coordinating with admissions and clinical teams to ensure seamless transitions into care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of proven experience in home health, healthcare sales, or hospice sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs and community organizations through visits and education.
• Drive hospice sales by nurturing current relationships and identifying new referral opportunities.
• Conduct presentations and in-services to educate partners on hospice benefits and eligibility.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to implement community outreach reflecting our mission.
• Partner with clinical staff to ensure referrals transition smoothly into care with patient comfort in mind.
• Participate in training and uphold confidentiality while planning outreach strategies.
