AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Account Executive to connect patients and families with compassionate hospice care in the Newark, DE area.

You will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, facilities, and community partners to educate referral sources and ensure timely, quality patient care. Your role focuses on hospice sales, educating partners about services, and collaborating with Admissions and Marketing to drive outreach while maintaining high ethical standards and patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years proven experience in home health, healthcare sales, or hospice sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations through in-person visits and educational conversations.
• Drive hospice sales by nurturing current relationships, identifying new referral opportunities and increasing awareness of our programs.
• Conduct presentations and in-services to educate partners on hospice benefits and eligibility.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing teams to develop and carry out community outreach plans that reflect the mission of honoring life and offering hope.
• Partner with clinical staff to ensure each referral transitions smoothly into care, prioritizing patient comfort, dignity, and family support.
• Uphold commitments to quality, ethics, and learning through training, outreach strategies, and confidentiality.
