Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Account Executive to connect patients and families with compassionate hospice care. You will build trusted relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and community partners, and educate referral sources about our services.

The role focuses on growing hospice referrals, coordinating with Admissions and Marketing, and ensuring timely, quality care for patients while upholding AccentCare's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of proven experience in home health, healthcare sales, or hospice sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations through in-person visits and educational conversations.
• Drive hospice sales by nurturing current relationships, identifying new referral opportunities and increasing awareness of our programs.
• Conduct presentations and in-services to educate partners on hospice benefits and eligibility.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing teams to develop and carry out community outreach plans reflecting AccentCare's mission.
