AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Account Executive to be the face of the company, building strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners.

Your primary focus will be hospice sales, educating referral sources about our services, and ensuring patients receive timely, quality care. This role offers a base salary of $90-110K plus monthly bonuses and mileage, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in home health, healthcare sales, or hospice sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a territory independently and ethically.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and community orgs.
• Drive hospice sales by nurturing referrals and increasing program awareness.
• Conduct presentations to educate partners on hospice benefits and eligibility.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to plan community outreach.
• Ensure referrals transition smoothly to care with patient comfort in focus.
• Participate in training and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.
