AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Account Executive in the South or Southwest Chicagoland Suburbs to connect patients with compassionate hospice care.

You will be the face of AccentCare, educating referral sources and building strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners. This full-time role focuses on hospice sales, coordinating with Admissions and Marketing, ensuring timely transitions into care, and upholding ethics and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years proven experience in home health, healthcare sales, or hospice sales.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations through in-person visits and educational conversations.
• Drive hospice sales by nurturing current relationships, identifying new referral opportunities and increasing awareness of programs.
• Conduct presentations and in-services to educate partners on hospice benefits and eligibility.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to develop and carry out community outreach plans reflecting AccentCare's mission.
• Partner with clinical staff to ensure referrals transition smoothly into care, prioritizing patient comfort and family support.
