Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Account Executive to connect patients and families with compassionate hospice care. You will build and nurture relationships with physicians, hospitals, facilities, and community partners to drive referrals and educate partners about our services.

In this full-time role, you will collaborate with Admissions and Marketing, present hospice benefits, and ensure smooth transitions from referral to care while upholding quality and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of proven home health or hospice sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations through in-person visits and educational conversations.
• Drive hospice sales by nurturing current relationships, identifying new referral opportunities and increasing awareness of our programs.
• Conduct presentations and in-services to educate partners on hospice benefits and eligibility.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to develop and carry out community outreach plans.
• Partner with clinical staff to ensure each referral transitions smoothly into care while prioritizing patient comfort and family support.
• Uphold commitments to quality, ethics and confidentiality.
